So far Body for Life is amazing. I can tell I'm getting stronger all the time. i have more energy, I never feel hungry anymore. I also never feel like I overate anymore! (Except on the first off day) Although I think I may not want another off-day, even though it suggests it to people so used to eating poorly. But now when I eat other foods I feel terrible. I ate chinese and in the grocery store I started feeling exhausted and light headed. Stomach pains. It was icky.
So I'm thinking a better planned off-day, Make my own stir-fry or something. Or just no off day.
I think my favorite thing to eat on this Diet is Low-fat Cottage Cheese (Protein), and Whole-Grain Toast (Carb).
I look forward to the Upper Body exercises everytime to see how much stronger I've gotten. And I've upped the weights twice on them so far. So I'm hitting my high point everytime. It's great!
So far with the cardio It's gotten better but by the time I get to the last round on level 9, I just can't keep my breath in check and I start to lose it, so then when we hit level 10, I can't keep going very long and get a bad stitch in my side. And I'm landing wrong on my feet I think because my shins will be in terrible pain when I try walking afterwards. Any suggestions?
