last month i weighed in at 246 and i started out at 250..the day after fathers day i went to kohls w/ my cousin and of course we weighed ourselfs.when i look down at the scale it read 236! omg thats 10 more lbs i lose..even though it hasnt been much i feel like my self confidence is way higher in my new clothes!! cnt wait 2 lose more lbs
