Before 260 lbs:

Almost after 190 lbs:

In the past month I've tacked on some intense weights exercises so I only lost about 2 lbs, looking to tone up whilst at the same time lost the last of the flab :-D

Thanks lol

The funny thing is few people have noticed it because I lost it over 7+ months. They flip out when I show them the first pictures and tell them those were taken Jan 1st '08 :-D

Here's a face shot for good measure- I take those pics at 6:00 am and look so groggy lol :-(

way to go! and you dont have moobs(man boobs). I heard that name so now I am addicted to using it lol You look so great. You should be so proud of yourself! even though you look mad in your photo. You should smile more:coolgleamA:

Great job, you look like a whole different person. Lose it all through diet until just recently?

Excellent job! I've lost the same amount as you, but you did it much younger than I did! Good for you for getting your act together at such a young age!

Wow!
I just want to say that I really envy your commitment to this whole process!
I'm just starting my weight loss journey, and i really hope that mine is as successful as yours!
I can't wait to posts before and after pictures!

Hehe, I usually take those pictures in the morning, so I'm groggy and the flash makes my eyes hurt. :-(

Mostly just changing my diet yeah, but I did exercise for about 30 mins a day for 5 days out of the week. I actually didn't change up my diet that much, just changed the sedentary activities I used to do to stuff that involves moving around.

For the most part, I eat whatever I want because my BMR will allow it, but I try to get enough of everything in my diet. :-D

Lol thanks. I've actually been trying since I was around 10- I just kept going about it the wrong way (starving myself, eating no carbs, other BS diets), so to have finally found a way to lose weight and to find out that it's as simple as calorie in calorie out is a blessing. :p

Of course it will be :-D just keep at it and take small lifestyle adjustments in your diet and exercise and you'll eventually achieve your goals!

Fantastic work!
You must feel loads better, so what was your diet/excersise plan?

Thanks! As I said earlier, my BMR allows for nearly anything (I'm 6' 1" and naturally muscular) so that was fairly nice. But I generally ate -500 of my BMR, and exercised for 30 minutes a day playing basketball/other cardio stuff.

I also changed up my lifestyle so I'm not sitting behind the computer/TV all day. I take my dog for walks, walk to the grocery store instead of drive, take the stairs instead of the lift etc. :-D

Well this seemed to have been bumped, so I'll update it with November pics.

Thanks very much to everyone for the kind words!

wow you look great!
