Snowboarding =]

The past couple of months I have completely just lost my awesome diet and work out program; therefore, I've gained a few pounds back. My fault! =(

This month I tried snowboarding and it's so fun! Plus everytime I go my muscles are so sore the next day. I think this is a fun way to stay active and burn calories! =]
 
It is an amazing exercise, depends if you are just learning(in which case you wouldn't be getting a great excercise) but if you know how to control the board then you can burn a significant amount of calories & not even notice because it is very fun. The better you get the more calories you burn.
