UGH! I've been stuck at 174 for over a week, i got down to 171, then shot back up to 174 and have been sitting there. although i think my analog scale just really sucks, it varies all the time.

think im going to get one of the tanita digital scales.
 
Hey, I know what you mean about scales sucking... sometimes mine tell me my weight has changed by five pounds in two minutes! (Serves me right for only paying £2.99 for them i suppose :rolleyes:) Anyway, good luck with your weight loss :)
