Smuckers Natty PB

Any opinions on the natty PB that Smuckers has? Outside of a few no-name brands in the supermarket, that was about the only kind of natty I saw. I can't remember if it had any other ingredients other than peanuts and salt.

i have a question if every morning i eat either a bowl of cereal with skim milk or egg beaters stuff with veggies n some meat inside then for lunch have natty pb on a half slice of bread..then another one for lunch and something like lean hamberger mixed with stuff or steak fish chicken with veggies or rice.....and no cheating it should be all good. The Pb shouldnt cause me to gain should it eating it everyday..Or Should I eat Every 3 Hours instead of just 3 meals a day...??? I just want what is best for me to lose weight the fastest

This is what i do for a workout
30 Pushups
30 Crunches
30 Squats
Sometimes I Walk A Mile
But Mostly 4-5 miles on my bike
Then I Lift 5 Pound Weights..

no, peanut butter itself will not cause a gain in weight. you gain weight by eating more calories over the course of the day then you burn off. natural peanut butter is good food because it contains a good amount of unsaturated fats which are important for the body.

personally, i believe in meals every 3 hours over 3 meals a day. there is good proof out there on how smaller meals more often during the day has a better effect on body composition.

alright i will try that on Monday on the begining of the week..so should i keep shooting for 1400 calories like i have been

you more than likely wont be able to but try to stay as close as possible. just begin with something small to allow you to work you way into more meals.

what i do with the ppl i help out is begin with either liquid calories or say a banana and a can of tuna. just something that wont cause trouble digestion wise.

oh i dont like tuna....well i think it wont be hard cuz mostly since its summer i wake up late like 11 then i could eat at 11:30 which would be breakfast ...then 2:30 lunch..then 5:30 snack then 8:30 dinner???? sound like a plan?

They say you should eat 1 hour before bed, and no carbs 3 hours before bed.

personally i eat half an hour before bed. my meal is 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, 1 serving of natural peanut butter right off the spoon and a cup of milk. june and july i lost one solid inch off my waist and my success rate was only 74% (its a thing i do to make sure i'm doing all i can to get results)

today i cranked up my routine for august and september and i'm thinking if i did that with only 74%, what will happen if that rate goes up?

i'm really excited to see what will happen. this morning i woke up at 6am and did my jump rope, oh excuse me, "speed" rope outside. this afternoon b/w 3 and 4pm i'm going back outside to do the jump... "speed" rope, sled pulls and farmers walks.

sorry i'm rambling but i'm amped up. for the first time this whole year i'm starting to feel like myself again. ;)

its total calories burned vs consumed over the course of the day that matters most, not timing of the pre bed meal. also some carbs are fine at this time. :)
