Sport Smoothies..Am i putting too much in?

Whenever I hear of people making smoothies they always make them with 2 or 3 ingredients. But I put a lot in mine and I am wondering is it ok..Basically this is what I put in..I made one yesterday and these were all in it..

Kale
Spinach
Avocado
Broccoli
A few different berries/Strawberries/Raspberries/Blueberries
Orange
Apple
Asparagus
Green Tea
Banana
Raw egg
Greek Yogurt
Apple Cider Vinegar

It seems like a lot but I got over a litre of smoothie out of it. And I drink it over a few days.

Is that ok or should I make them separate. It is just handy to throw everything in together but if it is too much I will make separate ones. Thanks. :)
