So today i was feeling good, and decided to go for 85kg front squat, last time i went for a max, it ended at 70kg.
I got down, full squat, on the way up i went up very slow since it was heavy, and i REALLY felt that i wanted to shoot my entire rear end out but i kept going without doing it (would doing it have been bad form? since you should stay pretty upright on front squats because of the bar placement) almost not moving at all, then breaking parallell i just shot up
