Smashed my first goal!!

Weight 260lbs, goal #1 239lbs by March 31st. Weight today 238.2.

Almost a week ahead and almost a lb to spare. Wow! what a great 2 months this has been. Im so much stronger, I fit in my clothes again. My man boobs are gone by 50%. My energy is through the roof! and most of all, I like myself again. I still have much more to go. But just one step at a time. I have tried to do this before and always failed. I never set goals. Boy, its easy to cheat on your diet, when you want to be 60lbs lighter. But when you are 2lbs from hitting your first goal, there isn't a bad food out there that Im gonna eat.

Setting a goal helped me change my life. Im on a roll. Im thinking tonight, what my next goal will be. It will be smaller than 21lbs, but it will be a number that I will burn in my mind. A number i think about when Im looking at pop machine. A number I think about when I just dont feel like working out. A number that I will think about during my cardio.

If you're not getting anywhere with your diet/workout plan because you cheat a lot, try to set a goal. Dont set one so far away, set one that you know you are going to hit. Tell people, tell us here. Put it in you sig line so you see it every day. I wrote 239 on the inside of my fridge, for when I wanted to late night snack. Next to it I wrote 260. I see my goals written, and know they are Real.
