Running, elliptical, stepper, etc...
Go for 40 minutes per day at your target heart rate (55% - 85% of your maximum HR). Do this 4 times per week to really burn the fat.
Don't forget to work up to this 40 minutes per day. Start out only going 10-15 minutes (whatever you are comfortable with) and do this for two weeks. Then, move up to 20 minutes per day for two weeks. Thirty minutes per day for two weeks. And, finally, 40 minutes per day.
So, it should take you about 6 or 7 weeks to be up around 40 minutes per day. From there, you should stay in the 40-60 minutes per day area. As it gets easier, just add speed or resistance depending on the workout. The key is to keep in your target HR area!
You will start to see and feel a distance during the third week. And, by eight weeks you will be very impressed with your progress!
From there, keep doing this for the rest of your life to stay in shape, healthy, and happy!
