Ok I am sure everyone has one of those days where you just eat and eat and don't care for the momenet,then you get to the point where it turns into 2 days then eventually a week + well by now depression is starting to set in and you just feel like crap.
Well my question is can give some tips to pull out of this?I even went back and looked at old pics and the new pics did good all day even walked 2 miles then went out to eat and blew it again.I wake up on a positive note then by mid day I want to eat the bad foods?I am sure it will pass but and advice would be apreciated?Tammy
