So..i havent even began....i know i shouldnt wait til Jan 1st.. but i think i will anyway.. i was just wondering how you all get those weight loss trackers at the bottom of your messages..cause i would love to have one.

To get the ticker go to this site: and follow the directions, at the end, there's a BBcode, copy it, and then come back and go to your User CP at the top of this site, and paste into the signature section
