Hello, I am 16 almost 17 years old now and I only weigh 102lbs. I was wondering what is out there to help me increase mass (weight).
I have tried protein powders and weight gainers but they have hardly helped. Everytime I drink one of the shakes, im in the bathroom in like under 5 mintues peeing it out
Usually after I have a shake, I workout for 20 minutes lifiting weights, etc...
is there anything out there to slow my metabolism down so that my body can actually absorb morenutrients while its passing through my system?
i don't mind taking pills as long as there are no / or little negative side effects. I just need something that will help me gain weight and slow my metabolism down. Do you know of any that you have used and have had successful results?
