Hi guys... ok here is a great sloppy joe makeover..First i had to search for the mix lowest in sodium and I found the one in the powder form was the lowest. I browned grown turkey and added the mix...w/ water...I cooked one medium spaghetti squash and that is what I used for my "bread" it is NO CARBS and its high FIBER... and Fiber is our friend. I also had a madeover coleslaw from last night that has 2 TBSP of light mayo in the whole big dish of it..so i didnt get much from my serving..I added 2 large apples to the mix and sliced them thin..then I added a splash of skim milk to help the mayo go a long way..and then I added a tbsp give or take of splenda for sweetness and whooolaaaa... dinner is served...lots and lots of fiber & great taste and crunch. My son didnt want his sloppy joe on his squash so i let him have 1 slice of whole wheat 4 grams of fiber bread..but i had no bread. It was great!
