I think it was the way I slept, but this morning i wake up with a slight pain and discomfort in my left shoulder/deltoids area. It's not that bad, and I can feel it only if i move it a certain way, or raise a heavy or so object in a certain direction and thats when i get the discomfort. I've been stretching it out, and trying to warm it up but its still there. Tonight is supposed to be bicep/back day. Can I still workout tonight even though I'm not using the shoulders, or will i risk injury and prolonging this strain on my shoulder?
