Sleeping after workout

Hey everyone - it's my first time here and I just got a few question for you experts.

I am determined to lost around 4 kg before Christmas - I weght 58 kg and I am 168cm. I been going to the gym and doing aeorbice on a daily basis but what happened is I go to the gym after I have class and usually gets home at around 3 pm, than I get really tired and woul dtake a nap

Is this going to affect the effectiveness of my workout ? I usually wait 2 hours til I eat after work out and than another 2 before I take a short nap before dinner is this ok?

Sleep slows your metabolism so its not the best idea, particularly if you've had a PWO meal.

So in short, just do something to stay awake. Its not exactly the greatest sleeping pattern either.
 
and do more than aerobics. lift weights. go running. go for a long walk. play tennis. ride a bike. LIFT WEIGHTS. make sure your diet is in check.
