skipping days + late night workout question

I read and hear everyone talk about working abs/legs one day, chest/arms another, etc.. My routine is usually 3-4 days/week, but each day I do similar machines and excersizes, and I work out late, (10p-12a)..

I do the following routine:
50 pushups (on an angled bar on the jogging trail)
go to the gym, 5 minutes of running or rowing to warm up
100 situps
then alternate between machines:
Lat pulls, curls, butterfly, chest press, bicep curls, a few free weights, chin ups and dips, and rotate between each while going thru 2-3 sets
After, I sulk in the sauna, jump in the spa, swim a few laps, back to the spa, steam, spa, pool, alternating cold/hot I heard was good for the skin.
I have psoriasis and ps-Arthritis..

I guess my questions here are..
Is it bad to work the same muscles (arms/chest/back/abs) every day?
and also..
I rarely sweat, even when working out.. but lately Ive been waking up at night drenched in sweat. Is this due to working out so late, drinking a few bottles of water, and going to bed before my body has a chance to cool down? I am going to try and switch my routine to before work in the AM, just that I'm not a morning person and this will take much discipline to pull off.

thanks for your advice!
sweaty in socal

DONT use machines matethey dont work your secondary muscles because the machine supports the movement. you feel like you've worked out but your primary muscles(abs, biceps etc) wont grow because your secondary's arent stimulated enough to allow it. Use a bench and some challenging dumbells to see results, you support the movement yourself working all your muscles.

yes it is bad to work the same muscles everyday because they are not recovering properly therefore not growing and strengthening, if you cant feel it the next day you aint workin hard enough thats probably why you aint sweatin

I do feel the burn the next day, and I do sweat, just only at night after working out. this article is what concerns me, but I know that it can't be any of those listed since it began once I started working out late nights.

I have began with dumbells and free weights, just that without a trainer I don't know what to do with em.. So I do some curls, decline press with dumbells, overhead behind my head, etc.. I do like the machines for lat pulls and chinups, since I am unable to do a real chin up yet, these are helping me get to that point. And the situp machine helps support my back, which is weak and shaky while I try to do reg. situps.

thanks for the replies! perhaps i do need to save up for a session with a trainer
