Well here we go - tomorrow is DAY 1!! I am pumped and ready to do this. I need to just wakeup and take a walk and be ready for the day. I will eat healthy and exercise. Go me. haha*
Tomorrow is cleaning day - time to clean this apartment! Maybe burn a few cals that way too! Rock on! I will be think someday! haha*

Day 1 - woo hoo :)

Well today is the official day one! I am cleaning my apartment and working up a bit of a sweat ... yay :)
B- 2 poached eggs - 180 cals
extra lean turkey bacon - 140 cals
water
Ttl: 320

I am going on a walk at 1:00 - yippee :)

L- Mrs. Grass Soup - cals?? 140 ish
grilled chicken breast - 110 aprox.
Ttl: 250 aprox.

Snack- 5 Tostidos chips - 140 cals
SF jello w/ fat free cool whip - 25 cals
Ttl: 165 cals
I went for a nice walk. It was probably about 2 miles or so. It was soo nice & I feel so great and proud of myself now! =) Yay!

Snack- 2 inches of a turkey sub - cals??
2 crackers w/ cheese - cals??
Im guessing that this is about 200 calories?

Dinner - hamburger caserole w/ pasta & corn & peas/ - probably pretty high in cals? I know the pasta had 410 and the peas about 120 ... but I did fair thru out the day so i dont think it should be too bad?!

keep that kind of postive attitude and u will go far!!!.....Doesnt being outside and having a good walk make you feel soo much better???
 
Day 2

Well I now know where my problem lays .... nighttime eating. I do great all day - then BAM!! Nighttime hits and where does Trish go - the fridge.

B- 1 cup of my leftover casserole from last night

Ttl.: Aprox.?? 300

I went for about a half hour walk - I live in a VERY hilly area, so I definately got some good leg work! I just did 10 minutes of stretching and a few arm exercises w/ some 5 lb. free weights. I plan on doing some Tae-bo or pilates later on.

Snack- 1 piece of Baskin Robbins Chocolate Mine Hard Cnady - 10 cals and YUMMY

L- 1 can green beans w/ I can't Believe Its Not Butter Spray - 140 cals
grilled chicken - 110 ?, water

Ttl: 260 cals

Gotta get goin on the H20!!!

Snack- 1 cup Clam Chowder - 150 cals
1 boiled egg - 90 clas

Ttl: 240

So far that is 800 calories. So for dinner that is what I'm sticking to :

D- 1 veggie burger - 100 cals
2 cups clam chowder - 300 cals

Snack - SF Jello w/ fruit - 30 cals?

TOTAL:1230 Calories

Day 3

B- 5 pieces of extra lean turkey bacon (100 cals)
2 hard boiled eggs (180 cals)
water

Ttl: 280 cals

Snack- Wheat Thins (120)

L- 1 footlong ( I was starvinngGggg!!!) veggie sub - aprox 600 cals *ouch

Snack- pasta salad - ?? 300

already had 1300 cals today ... NOT GOOD!!!! Got to work out tonight for sure!!!!

D- 2 cups clam chowder - 300

TOTAL : 1600

Seems like we are all cleaning... It never ends does it?
I don't really have a cleaning day cause every day is cleaning day here! LOL

So far today: 480 (not bad, not bad)

Went to lunch w/ my mom @ Red Lobster ---- not a good decision, but not TERRIBLE. Before I post what I ate - I must say that before I started getting healhty, I would have eated 4 cheddar biscuits & a huge plate of buttery shrimp w/ pasta .

L - 1 garden salad w/ red wine vinagrette (sp?) dressing - aprox 80 cals
1 roasted tilapia in a bag w/ fresh veggied - 297 cals.
ONE cheddar biscuit - cals?? but quite a few haha*- lets say 170
chips/spinich dip/salsa - who knows ???? 200 probably??


Total for today:1227 - give or take?!
I didn't get any exercise today - uGHH I am a little down on myself but tomorrow is a new day and today I did go healthy grocery shopping =) So no excuses food wise, but tomorrow I AM waking up and going for a walk. I'm putting my clothes right by bed so I have no excuse. Just get up & go. I need to lose this weight and no one put it on for me, I did that - so the only way it is comming off is if I do something to make it come off. Also tomorrow I am going to start taking Xenadrine NRG for a little boost. I am also getting my birth control switched next week - mine that I am on right now has been making me reallly moody and emotional and just basically seems to be bringing me down. So I am switching to seasonale? Anyone tried it?

Your "menu" is looking really good!.....Yesterday when I went walking..smelling the fresh air and the blooms on the flowers was so nice......One day I want to be abel to jog.....Right now I am having problems with blisters on the bottem of my feetsies!!
2 more lbs.......and its sooo long 200's!!!

Day 5

Well it's 7 a.m. and I just DRAGGED myself out of bed. For a walk. I want to sleep. :( But all I can tell myself is that nothing bad will come from this walk- only good! I need to do it! GO ME! haha* Ughhhh

Well I went for my walk - a half hour of good heart pumping uphill walking! haha* I feel so good right now!

B- breakfast sandwich- whole wheat bagel - 130
cream cheese light- 60
1 egg - 90
1 veggie sausage - 80
cheese - 10

Ttl: 340

for a snack between classes I brought a banana.

L- lean cuisine meal - 350
2 rice cake w/ low fat cream cheese - 190

Ttl: 540

S- Lean Pocket- 280

Total:1160 (withing what I wanted to stay in range ...) But I think I will be hungry later - grilled chick maybe?

Tonight I am going to go for another walk & hopefully fo an exercise video!

You're doing really awesome, skinnysomewhere! And good for you for taking a walk...I usually don't have that kind of determination...*thumbs up*
 
Day 6

Yes - it sure does feel nice getting up and just doing it!!

I didn't walk today because I had company last night than ended up spending the night, so I slept it.

Also - I NEED TO DO AN EXERCISE VIDEO. IF ANYONE READS THIS - MAKE ME DO IT!!! ahhh! i must!

I have decided to walk my weight. I am going to walk 201 miles before the end of the year. I am going to walk a minimum of 10 miles per week.

B- whole wheat english muffin w/ cream cheese & veggie sausage patty - 275 cals
small bowl of yogurt- 70 cals

Ttl: 345 cals

L -HUGE plate of broccoli, cauliflower & mushrooms - im not counting cals on veggies :)
turkey bacon - 140 cals

Ttl: 140

Heading out the door for my walk! Yippee:)

I took my walk - about 2 miles ! It was os nice !
S- 1 sting cheese - 70

D- green peppers, mushrooms, onions + grilled chicken + yogurt = 320
pretzels w/ dip - 250
TOTAL: 1080 (not counting ALL the vegies!!!)

Day 7 - Bad day :(

One week into it :)

I'M IN THE 100'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYYYYYYYY --- soooooooooo happyyyyyyy. And also - today hasn't been as bad as imagined :)

Total today so far - 810 already ... I'm going out to dinner tonight, so I will be drinking alot of water & ordering a big salad or soup or something else as healthy as I can! I don't want to blow my "into the 100's" !!! Tomorrow I have off from work & school and I am working out like a mad woman tomorrow hahah! I am just so ecited about this weight loss!! I never thought i'd see a number with a 1 in the beginning!

D- welll =( =( =( i ruined it ... went out to dinner for a friends 21st b-day and had a steak fajita ... cheese, sour cream, the works. passed on the cake tho but ughh ... oh well.
