Hi All
I am 38 married with two kids, once had a great job but out of work now, overweight and I have lost all of my confidence. I am 5 foot nothing and weigh 11 stone and 10 lbs or 164 lbs I think. I am trying to follow a low fat diet which worked for me a couple of years ago ( am still trying to remember what exactly is low fat ) as well as walking eventual jogging and trips to the gym. With today being the 1st of January I started and stuck to it all day. However I am tempted now to have a cheat day on the first day but I wont.
i bought size 14 jeans last week and the zip wouldn't zip and the button would not close but I will not change for a size 16.
My goal is to get my weight to under 9 stone and hopefully by next April.
I will be going to a wedding then.
What will keep me going is imagining I have a great figure, great job and great clothes that fit and I will then feel more confident then. I want to get the old me back.
Goal for tomorrow...
To stick to diet and bring kids to forest and run the christmas food
