skinny legssss

alright i have been lifting for about 5-6 months now and put on about 25-30 pounds but have never worked on lower body so all the weight ive gained is upper. any suggestions for legs because im lookin un proportional
 
Spell out your goals, and your nutrition/lifting plan, and some information about yourself, and I think you'll get some very informative responses from some VERY knowledgeable people in this forum.

I'll bet something you might hear is that 25-30lbs gain in 6 months, especially upper body only, just does not sound quite right...that would be an incredible feat in lean mass gains...obviously some portion of that is fat, which is to be expected.

One of the most common mistakes is to overlook the lower body, and concentrate on hypertrophy type upper body excercises only. Do some research on excercises and form, and get going with squats, deadlifts, etc. to get some gains both in the lower body, and the entire posterior chain for that matter. Go for the whole body workout and you will see amazing strength and size gains.

If you need a little motivation, you will get gobs of it from Chillen, but here's mine....the ladies like to see nice arms and pecs, but they LOVE the tight glutes!
