I'm 14 years old and I've come here to hopefully get help on gaining some weight and muscle mass. Im pretty healthy, weighing about 118. I feel pretty thin though. A lot of my friends are bigger than me, weightwise. No not fat, but more bulky and muscular than me. They weigh about 10 lbs. more than me. I want to be like them, but Im not going to force myself with intense training or anything. I want to workout in the most healthy way possible, I dont care how long it takes. I just want to gain around 5-10 lbs of fat and muscle. Thanks!
