Hi there, I'm a guy, 5'10, 147lb, 22 years old.
I'm here because although most of my body looks average-weight, my chest and back look really flabby... my stomach looks slightly flabby too but its nowhere near as bad!
I might be slightly overestimating but I'd say I could do with losing just under a stone of fat on my upper body - but I need to shift the man boobs mainly.
Generally I eat 1800 calories a day, have a very active job and work 9 to 12 hour shifts 5 days a week, though this means I normally only get in a couple of cardio sessions a week.
I'm really stumped as to what I'm doing wrong and any help would be greatly appreciated! Is it because I'm eating too many carbs (sometimes the 1800 includes sandwiches, biscuits and things like that?) or do I need to simply get more cardio in?
Just from writing this I can already see I need a more stable plan haha!
Thanks for any help.
