Hello Everyone.
I am 5'7 weigh around 140. Everything is skinny on me except my thighs. They are fat and cellulite to the max. My butt is not big but cellulite all over it. I would love to tone up everything. If I loose the fat on my thighs, will my skin shrink back and not be loose as well? Is there help for me to tone them up as well as my behind? I just feel so gross. I don't go near bikini's. I would love to wear one and look nice in it, you know for myself. This would help my self esteem so much. I started back in January trying to tone up but my motivation failed about a month later. I was thinking to myself there's no hope why am I doing this when nothing will work. So my other question to everyone else is can I really tone everything up to rid the cellulite and get a nice shape, and not a flabby one? Was I wrong to think so negatively. Anyone here had this problem and are now toned up? What should I do and eat?
