I am a skinny fat guy. Age 18, 5'11 and weight 168 pounds. I have been doing research for a few days and cant find the answers i am looking for. In clothes I look skinny, everyone says im skinny, but I have a little belly that i want to get rid of. I just want to lose the remaining fat I have on my body. What can I do? About 2 years ago I was 200 pounds and went on a crash diet and lost a lot of weight, but now its becoming more difficult. Somedays I eat 1200 calories, other days 1500 or more...It is different everyday. I also do cardio 3 times a week. I actually think im losing muscle mass, because the scale says I lost weight.
As far as my diet goes for morning I eat a banana or low fat yogurt.
For lunch/dinner I eat meat or chicken with a salad.
Thats pretty much it..
any help/advice would help
