yeah, so the title explains it all. I'm 16 years old and i weigh 108 pounds (49 kg) which is really below the average weight for my age. My height is 5 foot 8 (177 cm) so I'm quite tall, but skinny. I want to gain weight and muscle so I can get rid of my lanky physique. Should I start working out? and if anyone could please tell me some ways to gain weight and what exercises I can use to gain muscle. Also, I have access to a gym. I take a protein shake after a workout only once a week. Please help and all suggestions will be appreciated.
