which is best to drink a lot of during a bulking phase?

J jonny100 0 Apr 21, 2005 #8 Maybe I'm best getting low fat then because I'm currently drinking about 9 pints a day (including milk on my Oatmeal), based on advice given to me by ManofSteel in regards to getting my calorie intake over 4000 and my protein over 200g.
