six pack

i want a six pack but when i look in the mirror im kinda mostly fat in my stomach so this is what i've been doing, and i also want a low body fat precentage and build muscle at the same time.
kk so my routine is monday wednesday friday
when i go in i run for about 10 minutes and then go onto doing my regular weight lifting routine and then at the end i run fro another 5 minutes nd go home nd do this YouTube - 8 Min Abs Workout, how to have six pack ( HD Version )

my goal is to get abs... and i dont play any sports so im concerned with being more fat then muscle so i was a low body fat precentage which is the reason i run everytime i go in is this a good idea or not? im only 16 and i weigh about 139 and im 5'10

Here are some by following them you can get six pack....
1) Do ab exercises. Do crunches, not situps. And then do bicycles. Do this until it burns, rest for a minute, then do it again twice more.
2) Lose body fat. This means doing cardiovascular exercises. The one I suggest is running. Try running for 20-30 minutes a day.
3) Finally, eat a well-balanced diet. You're losing the body fat from number 2 above, but if you want to keep it that way, you cannot eat lots of junk food.
I think all these tips are very effective...
 
Aldens gave some pretty good advice. Keep in mind - you will have to have less that 10% body fat for your abs to actually show. Thats a lot of dieting and cardio to get there. That also means weight lifting and high protein diet may not help you get to that BF% as fast as you want to. You are young - you will get there! Just be consistent and keep McDs out of your diet and drink lots of water
