i just really started to notice that when im doing sit-ups in any kind, i seem to feel a lot more of a burn if i dont go all the way back down... is it because this is how your really supposed to do it?
for the longest time i remember doing situps where when i went down, i placed my head right back on the floor, but now its like if i dont go all the way down, it feels like its way harder and way more intense
