1 - Drink water before eating at least two cups

2 - Eat green salad for example ( tomatoes - cucumber - lettuce - olive oil - apple cider vinegar - a little salt)

3 - Stay away from sugar: Do not eat sweets

4-No soft drinks

5-Do not drink any soda drink contains. Soda is the number one enemy of agility
