I'm thinking about starting a weight lifting siminar geared towards females. At the gym I work at too many females avoid the freeweight area and stick to the cable machines or do just plain cardio. Does anyone like this idea?
I figure the actual siminar will include instruction on proper lifting form, followed by instruction, and Q and A. Any ideas?
