So I have been horribly sick all week. I have asthma and when I get sick am prone to horrible coughing fits that lead to me vomiting. However, I am getting better so what would be the earliest I could go back to working out? I've eaten as healthily as possible while I've been sick but the exercises have left me in horrible coughing fits. I can do small walks around campus for 15-20 minutes for now but I want to start lifting weights and running.
I don't want to over do it but I want to know if I should wait 'til I'm not sick anymore, or if I can start working out when i feel a little better.
