shoulders...........

hi,

Here is my current work out that i do 3 times a week. All exercises are 3 sets of 10.

45 deg leg press
Seated leg curl
DB bench press (with an incline DB press instead of the flat one once a week)
DB shoulder press
Seated row
Tricep extentions
Bicep curl/hammer curl

My question is, would i benefit from alternating a lateral raise with the DB shoulder press to increase the size of my shoulders or maybe doing 2x10 of the shoulder press as well as 2x10 of the lateral raises?

You need to forget that work out and start from scratch.

make sure your doing 'the following

Squat, Lunge, Deadlift, Push (for shest and shouldrs), Pull (traps and lats), Core (abs and obliques)


Dont bother with isolation like biceps curls or side raises.
