I could really use some help with a bum shoulder. Mountain biking has beaten the you know what out of my shoulders and wrists so I'm trying to do some maintenance on this old body of mine. It's really the left shoulder that is messed up the most. I was doing some seated db presses and I guess pushed to hard at the gym. The rotary cuff seems to be the pain point and it clicks more then ever. I have changed my workout to take it easy on the shoulders till this heals but what's more important is, how do I make these suckers more stable. Any tips on how to repair something like this?
