Hello, I want to know if you guys know what's the correct way of performing a side lateral raise. I didn't know how to perform this exercise so I looked it up in google. Unfortunately, different pages show me different ways of doing this exercise, so I'm confused.
These are examples I found of a side lateral raise, but I don't know which one is the proper lateral raise. Does it matter which one I do? or all these exercises are the same?
