It has been two long weeks and I have not even touched a DB.
I managed to hurt my left shoulder really bad. So I thought, lets give it a rest for few days hoping it would go away in few days.
But even after 2 weeks, I cant think of doing any of upper body weights.
Would appreciate if someone could suggest how they deal with Injury-type pains. Should I see a physio?
To find out when I feel pain, I sat down on a bench and did the normal shoulder DB press, but, without the DB. During the last part of the Concentric (lowering the arms), when the fists move from head-level to ear-level, I feel sharp pain. Similarly during the eccentric (raising the arms), I feel pain when I raise the arms upto the head-level.
Any suggestions?
