Shoulder Discloation

Hey,

had a shoulder disclocation 7 weeks ago.
Nothing was injured (MRI was done) but of course there was an instability.
After two weeks startet with rehab to strength the rotator cuff and feeling was better and better.
Want again start with my weight training beginning with lower weights and maybe 10-15 reps,
my favorite exercises are deadlifts, squats, chins, rowings, benchpress, dips and
militarypresses. Somebody here with experience, ok when I will start with training after 7 weeks and this
exercises, not going to failure ? Don't want to hurt shoulder again with dislocation - although the injury
didn't happen while doing weight training...

I'd see a doctor, and get a new physical therapist, since this one doesn't seem to know very much about proper recovery.


this is no different than asking a personal trainer "should I try to squat 1000lbs?" and he replies "see what happens"

then again, you could go lift, get hurt again, then sue the pants off yoru therapist, but get the 'check it out' in writing first ;)
