Shoulder Cracking

Maybe one of you personal trainers can guide me. I am not sure what i did but when i rotate my right shouder from front to the back at a certain point i can hear a cracking/poping sound.. ITs not painful should i need to get it checked

Thanks guys

This pain has only started since i started lifting weights.... and is on the right shoulder only.. Is this common..

There is no pain when rotating the shoulder,,, its only that poping sounds on the reverse motion...

No Pain no gain!! i think i might have over trained

That should be no soreness no gain. You definitely shouldn't be feeling pain, and if so then that means you have got something wrong and should be cautious about it. Hope it isnt anyting serious.

i am hoping its nothing serious also... i am just getting back from a rotator cuff injury and this is no good!!
I will get it checked out@@@

Well, could be just the tendons snapping over like mentioned earlier, and since your cmoing off of a rotator cuff and now lifting heavy, the rotator cuffs are probably getting weak, because they can only life things under 5 lbs. so do some internal/external rotation, pnf patterns, scapation, etc... with a 3-5 lbs dumbbell....

Dex. The world famous gym expert is back in action. Yay. Good to see you back. I have a diary that is transforming into a beast.

The Plot thickens...

The story starts with "just a cracking sound in the shoulder...."
"I am not sure what i did but when i rotate my right shouder from front to the back at a certain point i can hear a cracking/poping sound.. ITs not painful should i need to get it checked"

Then:
"This pain has only started since i started lifting weights.... and is on the right shoulder only.. Is this common.."

Followed by:
"I am hoping its nothing serious also... i am just getting back from a rotator cuff injury and this is no good!!"

I think you know the answer...
