Should you exercise at night?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is anything unproductive about exercising at night. Sometimes I'm not able to exercise (really exercise) until 8 o'clock at night. Is that not as good for you? If someone could point me to some links on the topic that would be awesome, or share what you've learned.

this is a pretty good article:


it basically says that you should do whats right for you but also encourages pre-breakfast morning exercise.
