Should I take protein?

I weigh between 145-150ish im 15 years old and im 5,11- 6 foot. I work out almost every single day with about 1 hour and 30 minutes of differnt body workouts on days like monday, wednesday, Friday and run every day for a mile. And do my pushups and sit ups normally every single day. So I want to know if I should take protein I am pretty cut and bulky right now but ive been told from people to take protein and from others not to what should I do?

Look at your diet, if you're not getting enough protein, then you may need to supplement your diet with powder. If you're trying to build mass, take one gram per pound of lean body mass.
