should I stop this...?

I' kinda concernd about my legs. I Currently do 110 pound squats by lifting a Z bar over my head and putting it on my back and going all the way day and up. I do 3 sets of 7 reps. I used to do squats everyday but i found it hurt to much so i only do them about twice a week. As of recently ive noticed my legs hurting after I did the squats even a day afterwards or so. I'm kinda concerded because i really don't want to destroy my legs but I run everyday so many it's just cramps? or i'm not sure if maybe it has something to do with my form? I want to join the RCMP in a few years so i reallly don't want to ruin my legs. I work out at home so my equiement is limited but come spet i'll be in college so i'll have accse to much more equiement should I just stop doing squats and wait tell I have accse to the proper equiment or could it just be cramps... or wah?

You should be able to perform a solid leg routine at least once a week and still run.

Why do you need to run everyday? Finding the balance between cardio and resistance can be tough. I play soccer competitively twice a week and it means i only have 1 solid leg workout a week and plenty of rest.

Also, i was 168lbs and squatting the same as the big guys at my gym. My quads are unusually strong compared to the rest of me - but ive also gone and triggered a cartilage problem thats hampered me for the last 12 months. I suspect ive squatted too much, too soon, too badly. If you're not sure if you're doing right, stop.

First of all, don't do squats everyday, that's your problem!

When doing squats, give your body at least two full days of rest after each session.
Squats are a very demanding exercise, you need to give your body some time to heal.
The soreness that you're experiencing a day after your workout is probaby DOMS (Delayed onset muscle soreness), which basically means that the soreness kicks in about a day after your workout, not right away,
this is perfectly normal.
Basically you need to give your body more rest.

Thanks for the advice all I just wanted to make sure if i continued I wouldn't destory or injure my legs and yah I only do squats twice a week now. I didn't make this clear in my post but what I wanted to ask if the specific way I do squats( Taking a Z or S or whatever it's called bar and lifting it over my head onto my back) is more "dangerous" then doing them on a acutaly squat Machine like more risk to injury?

Well.. If you had a squat rack, you'd be able to put the weight directly on your back.
What you're doing now, lifting the bar over your head and putting in onto your back is not dangerous if you've got the form right.
The movement that you're doing to get the bar overhead is a 'clean and jerk' look it up on youtube so you can see how it's done properly, it's a movement olympic weightlifters do.
Also, squats aren't dangerous if you're doing them correctly.
Make sure you got the form right, if you have trouble with your form post a video of yourself doing them here.
I'd say do normal squats not Smith Machine squats.
If you have trouble getting the barbell on your back, then do Smith Machine squats.

wow after watching some videos on how to properly do the movement ( i wasnt doing it anyway like it was shown in the videos) I found I could lift 130 over my head maybe more but thats the most ive tried so far.
