I've ate 1400 calories today, which is more than what i'm aiming to eat. But a lot of them were bad calories, i.e. 3 butter biscuits and a microwave chips and curry ( I was late for work and starving)

I've already excercised an hour today, but i want to do some more.

I'm feeling really hungry, I just had an apple and still feel hungry, i don't know whether to work out then see how i feel or to eat something now.

I had to eat but i had a very healthy, around a hundred calories stir fry. Now i feel like i'll be able to excercise properly.

DeepGreen,
Have you thought about why you binge after a workout? Are you getting enough before your workout?

xnatsx,
How long before you work out again? Some days, we just need more calories than other days. Good luck on that 2nd work out.

I'm just about to start my video thing. I think it's cause i had a microwave dinner tonight and although it had a lot of calories it was pretty small (even for me and i get full quickly- i'm more of a grazer)

Binge is kinda of a bad word to use. Rather, i would have 2 or more servings, when I would only eat one serving. I would NOT, lets say, go to a fast food joint and order 5 burgers (I haven't eaten fast food in a long time) or go home and eat sweets. I tend to eat twice what I would normally eat. (instead of having one whole wheat sandwich, i'd have 2; 2 bowls of rice instead of 1; etc)

and yeah, i think thats exactly what it is. I didn't give my body enough fuel, and it just needs a little more. I would never starve my body. and there has been some occasions, where i work out after lunch, and afterwards, i never felt hungry so i wouldn't eat anything for the rest of the nite (i know...its bad for me...:/)

And I eat before every work out of course. I don't know...but i'm really not that worried about it, my work outs tend to be what it sounds like...a WORK out

If you are hungry, wait five minutes.

If you are still hungry, reach for something healthy like fruits, vegetables or nuts. If you're cravening something a bit more caloric, smear some low fat peanut butter on a whole wheat cracker.

The idea is to get something in your stomach so you don't feel like you are starving, but not something that will blow your diet. If you constantly deprive yourself, you'll just fall off the diet. But, healthy snacks can keep you on the diet and help maintain your long-term goals. Losing a pound a week for several months (if that's what is required to reach your goal weight range) is better than to lose two pounds a week for a few weeks and not reaching your desired weight range.
