Hi! I am 5' 10", 156 lbs, and have a BMI of 22.4%. I have a small frame built (around 6 inches wrist size). Although my waist now is 77 cm, my belly fat is still obvious. So can you help me with your recommendation. Should i cut or bulk? Thanks!
it depends on what your long term objectives are. What is your current training like and your diet.
From the sound of it I would say you are pretty new to this so I would just start training and eating properly and see where you get and then after a while worry about weather to bulk or cut
I disagree:
(IMO) You need to get yourself in the "teens" with bodyfat. Not that it is necessary to go into a "cutting bodybuilder phase" to do so.
You can still work on strength and power as you drop the fat percentage. But as you will see if you try to bulk now....you can't flex fat, so seeing positive results will not be likely.
