should I change my routine?

Here's what I'm doing at the moment, based around a plan that ManofSteel gave me:

Day 1:
Rumanian Deadlift
Lunges
Bench Press
Bent-over Barbell Row
Press Ups

Day 4:
Rumainian Deadlift
Seated Military Press
Squats
Dumbell Flys
Dumbell Curls

(all exercises are 5 sets of 8 - 10 reps, usually to failure. With 2 days rest between each workout.)

I was thinking, should I re-work this so that I do 3 different workouts instead of 2, and have them targetting specific muscle groups? (My recovery speed is pretty fast).

What about push/pull alternating, what difference does it make and is it necessary?

Without even looking at ur prog the answer is yes.

You should always change your program every few months, even if you go back to it after a while. You need to keep your body guessing. and resting!!!

my goal right now is bulking. Not too bothered about strength at the moment. I'm mesomorph so I don't need to gain weight, I just want to gain muscle so that I can cut and look ripped.

Then you should do more exercises per body part.

Devise a program that has 2-3 exercises per body part, 3-4 sets per exercise, and 10-12 reps a set.

Bulking is about getting bigger and size and cut/ripped is about being lean.

Size will come with the propper workout and lean will come with the propper diet. I'd take a look at both.
