Should I be drinking Portein powder even if...

If i'm not doing any lifting that day ive been doing wiehgt lifting for almsot a year now 5-6 times a week depending on how When lifting i drink whey 2 a day but for the 1-2 days a week i don't lift doesn't it make a differnce? I only ak as i ussualy don't end up drinking it if I'm not lifting as it isnt the best tasting thing in the world...
 
The amount of whey you drink is dependant on your diet. Remember it is just protein so if you need whey to make up the amount of protein your diet requires then yes. If you dont, then dont have it.
 
It's not my only source of portein I get protein with every meal excpet for breakfast and sometimes I don't have protein in all of my snacks but most of the time I do.

one more question though ivve been following a diet but is it okay to supplement Vegtable tablets/vitamen pills with my meals instead of the real thing or should I be getting the real thing + pills? Not that I don't eat any vegetables I just dont think i eat enough hwoever i eat alot of fruit...
