Shoeless Workouts - not a joke

I developed an infected bunion, and the dr said i had to start wearing sneaker to work out in...which i never do. He said that's why it got inflamed and fluidy.

So - Word to the wise! And I only do yoga, pilates,and toning, plus recumbant bike. Who knew..................
 
hmmm, good to know. That seems strange that wearing shoes would prevent something like that. Seems like we've gone thousands of years w/out shoe, you'd think our feet would be okay. like you said, who knew?
