My goal is to maintain my ideal body weight of 120-124 with minimal exercise.

My usual diet consist of fruits, vegetables, complex carbohydrates and 8 glasses of water. I take a multivitamin and three flaxseed pills as supplements. I eat lean meats (fish, chicken, turkey and seafood) 1-3 times per week. I really need to cut back on sugar though.

My height is 5' 2 1/2" and current weight is 126 lbs with a tone build. My measurements are 34.5 27 39. I am having the hardest time trying to lose these last 5 pounds.

I've been an avid distance runner since the age of 12 and loved every moment of it but I need to give my joints a rest for now.
 
Make sure you are getting plenty of protein. If not your body will cannibalize muscle tissue for it's amino acid needs. You need at least 0.8 g per kg body weight daily, so for you, that would be between 50 and 60 grams. Don't eat it all in one meal, split it between several each day.
