well its been about 2 months since ive starting working out..
Ive started lifting at the school . And joined track to keep me off the computer.
Im not really loose the "lbs" , im lossing the fat. Thats not bad is it ? Ive been lifting for 8 weeks now. 2x a week, and next week my school starts 3x a week.
i could only do 50 , curling , ive advanced for 60ish now.
Squats : use to do only 75. Now ive gotten up to 140!
Incline Shoulder press: 20 , 8 weeks later. im at 30.
my muscle's are toning alot more. My Abs are getting stronger. i do about ... 200 - 500 crunches a day. along with Crunch twists. ( wicked thing ! )
i eat less now. Probly 4 times a day. Break Fast , After i get home from school , Dinner then a apple b4 i go to bed.
Im starting to get muscle in the pecks. Legs are ALOT stronger also.
I started doing lunges today..
So , Is it good that im gaining "lbs" but loosing fat. i weigh 140 now. i use to weigh around 135. i have now 20 % fat i think , ive lost 4%.
is this good ?
