Hello all! I am just writing to get many different answers on the most you have been able to lose in one month? 5 pounds? 10 pounds? More?

I'm interested in knowing! I know everyone is different but I just am curious. Thanks!:coolgleamA:
 
The most I've lost in a month is 18 - 20 pounds, but thats with yo-yo dieting, and i definitely DO NOT recommend that. It comes right back! Healthily (meaning balanced diet and regular exercise), I've lost about 12 pounds in a month. Depending on your stats, I think you should be aiming for losing anywhere from 1 to 3 pounds a week :)

i just started 5 weeks ago.

the first two weeks i went from 394 to 377, 17 pounds!!! both weighs was at a doctors office so no cheating. from there i have to go back in 1 month. wich will be next thursday. ive been busting my hump pretty good so im excited to so what i have lost. some days tho i feel like i havent lost anything. you know what i mean? dang head games
 
=O 30 lbs? but I agree that yo-yo dieting really isnt worth it in the long run.
Hmm the most I've lost in a month would be 10 lbs too.. =p but i dont pay attention as much anymore because the scale I got now just doesnt work right.
 
i started on 2-16 and by 3-16 i was 19lbs down, which i am sure alot of it was water weight but still it feels good but i also went to the gym 7 days a week.
 
Today was my third weekly weigh-in, and I'm down 5.2 pounds. I have exercised 3-5 times a week, and journaled my daily food intake. And yes, there were fast food and pizza nights included in that 3 weeks.
