Shakes

my plan with protein shakes is to drink them after every workout and only take them everyother day... is this ok? if not y.......plz give suggestions
 
Why every other day ? If its a money issue I understand but why not every day ? Like I have 2 per day. One in morning and one in evening. On a workout day I have thiem 1 hr before a workout. The carbs in the shake with w/e fruit u put in gives you some nice energy and the protiene is awsome for building that muscle in my opinion.

so its better to drink the protein shake BEFORE the workout and not after? I thought it was better to drink it after... but then again I don't know all that much so.. lol
 
People have a tendency to overcomplicate things. When you eat, you're giving yourself energy and nutrients. If you eat before, you're giving yourself energy and nutrients for a workout. If you eat after, you're giving yourself energy and nutrients for recovery and for the rest of the day.
