Shakes

Anybody have some good shakes I can make in the morning for breakfast? I'm especially looking for things for fat busting as that's my goal right now.
 
You'd be better off with a good healthy breakfast of oats or other slow burning carbs.

If you have a shake in the morning you'll just be hungry later.

Have your shake after your workout or in the evenings when carbs are not so important.
 
Berrys and bananas add alittle hony, Then add 6 to 8 oz of plain yogurt and some milk. You can always add protein powder. Just experiment with it
 
GA80 - Please note that there are very few carbs in the shake you advised, and the only carbs are very quick burning.

This is a breakfast shake and should be high in protein and low GI carbs.
 
Ok i would have to agree with you (R.Lewis) on that.
